Course Descriptions 

Zumba/Core-A Latin inspired dance fitness program for everyone where you forget the exertion and feel the exhilaration! This fun calorie burning cardio workout incorporates everything from samba to hip hop! Innovative core work emphasizing abdominal and back strenghthening rounds out this total body workout!

Pilates-A series of floor exercises based on the Pilates principles of breathing, concentration, posture, body awareness and strength. This full body workout will reduce stress, improve muscular endurance and most importantly improve how you look and feel!

Weight Room Circuit-This workout in the weight room keeps you moving from station to station combining cardiovascular fitness exercise with strength training. Optimize your workout with our knowledgeable instructors leading an efficient and results producing session.

Indoor Cycling-Join the ride, feel the intensity, and improve your fitness level while you pedal on the pond. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, our certified instructors will guide you in a safe and effective ride.

Tabata: A heartpumping, fast-paced style of exercise that is performed in 5 sets 4 minute high intensity cardio! In each set you go through bursts of 20 second full speed intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest to maximize your body's ability to burn fat! For the second half of the class we perform a variety of strength exercises combining machines, free weights, and the Resist-a-ball.    

Yoga-A system of long held simple floor poses, 2-5 minutes, that is appropriate for most individuals. Yin practive stimulates circulation of chi (life force energy) clearing energy blocks as it strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and targets lower body. Opposite of Yang poses which targets large muscles.

Core Ball & All-This total body ball workout will give you the opportunity to experience what Mike & Steph shared with fitness professionals across the world! Get off of the couch and get on the ball! Do you want to get strong and stable? Then join in on the fun...Let's Go Ballistic!

Core to Cardio-Try this fusion class for a great mix of cardio-interval training combining ball, tubing resistence exercises, and lots of core work!!!!
